Old fridge broke down and service repairman said go buy a new Whirlpool. So I did. Wife wanted counter-depth so that's what we got. We really like the counter-depth as it gives us the room that we should have had on the fridge side of kitchen island. We like the 2 paddles - one for water and the other for ice - as we don't have tho press a button to set up one paddle dispenser. I dropped 1 star cause its somewhat noisier than the old fridge and it should have come with 2 more shelves (available for purchase). I'm sure I'll get used to the sound eventually.

Amazing use of space

We had to replace our old refrigerator and were limited in choices because of the space size and also because we wanted a counter depth fridge. Even though the "box" is no larger, we have so much more interior space. Love it. Also lighting helps you see where everything is so much easier. There are many blog sights with people looking for a fridge that is 69" or under for cabinet fitment, Well after four days of research of all possible refrigerators. This is the only one. Get the would out and support this unit. Came with a wrong bin for door. Whirlpool quickly made it right with no hassles. Sent an e-mail, they had a couple of question. We have not been disappointed on any front...or situation/// with this new fridge. It has delivered clear, clean interiors, easy faucet and ice distribution on the door, fine room for frozen items (and easy access). The comfort of finding things at hand...with the drawers and shelves having a thought-through ergonomic touch which helps us older folk, very much.

Disappointed with some of the features

In the freezer only one drawer and the water only drips out and you have to push really hard to get the ice dispenser to work

This makes my third whirlpool refrigerator.

Lacking shelves

Looks great but I'm having trouble with things freezing in the refrigerator. There are not enough shelves in either the frige or freezer. There are brackets but no shelves. I can buy extra but they are $200 a piece from Whirlpool. I do really like the touchless stainless steel finish.

Everything We Need In A Fridge

We have had this fridge for a month and love it! It comes with plenty of shelves for the fridge, it's nicely lit and the overall look it nice, modern and clean. We only wish it would have come with one more freezer shelf. We like the small ice cubes as well!

Ice Maker works great

The only problem we have had is that the setting for coolness are not correct. I set the Refrigerator side for 37 and it is below freezing. Last over two dozen eggs. I have to set it for 41 and still readings are 30, 35 and 40, depends on what shelf i check.

Looks great in my kitchen

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am calling Lowe's tomorrow to send repairman to check out the loud noises this fridge is making. It sounds like a locomotive at times! I have rearranged items on the shelves hoping this was problem but did not help. I have never had a fridge to sound like this one. Also, the ice dispenser is very loud too. I just do not understand why a new appliance would be making these noises.
