I was excited to get this fridge and the entire appliance set. Excitement soon turned to disappointment and frustration. The fridge was delivered but was not installed until a later date. When it was installed the Home Depot installer noted it wasn™€™t working properly. He noted it on his paperwork and said to call Home Depot for a replacement. Home Depot sent someone else out to look at the fridge who agreed it needed to be replaced. But Home Depot then said since it had been more than 48 hours since it was delivered they couldn™€™t do anything and I had to call Frigidaire. Contacted Frigidaire and their customer service has been nothing short of frustrating to deal with including long hold times, non US based reps and having to wait weeks for a repair person to come look at the fridge. Still no resolution to my issue.

Replaced an old Frigidaire with this updated one. I love Frigidaire because of their ice makers, they really put out a lot of ice unlike the Samsung I used to have ( so many issues). This one makes small cubed ice which I love over the big cubes, it crushes like a champ to. I got the professional model, love the door handles. Overall a great refrigerator at a great price point, highly recommend!

This refrigerator is not completely quiet but after it got fully down to the proper temperature it very rarely needs to run and when it is running it's not overwhelmingly loud. We love the size of the ice cubes, however folx should know that it takes about 2 days to fill up the ice container. Once the ice bucket is full it has no issues staying full with regular use. This fridge makes it easy to see what is inside. The layout of the drawers and the transparent shelving help us see what we have without needing to dig around and have the fridge open all the time. It's counter-depth size is compact and perfect for the space we have without losing the space we need for our family.

I recently had to replace my original Frigidaire Counter Depth SBS because the compressor on the freezer died. My local appliance store just happened to have the new and improved model and it was on sale! Although it is the same footprint, and the door bins are deeper, the configuration makes it seem roomier inside somehow. My husband likes that the temperature has moved to the inside of the door panel so the front only has the water and ice buttons. Looking forward to many years with this one.

Fridge and freezer stopped working after less than ONE day. Lost about $200 of groceries. Of course delivery occurred on a Friday so appliance store did little and cannot get us a replacement until Wednesday so we are without fridge and freezer for days. Not even being reimbursed delivery fee despite our inconvenience and losses and will cost extra because of course we will again tip the delivery guys since it is not their fault. Never again will we work with KAM appliance in Hanover, MA or buy a Frigidaire.

We are very happy with our new side by side. The looks match our Frigidaire Professional kitchen from 2016 .In 2016 we had the french door professional model. We got it for the looks, big mistake. The unit worked as it was supposed to, but it was not practical in every day use. We saw that the style was still current, so we ordered it. We are very happy with this unit. We should not had waited so long.

I like my professional Fridgedare it seems to fit a lot of food both in freezer and refrigerator side. I especially liked the freezer section it fits items so nice and very spacious especially the section next to the ice maker which has a shelf to put tall items like bottles to freeze your water in bottles and also boxes of food fits in there nice. It's quite while motor is running. The looks of the refrigerator is really nice looking, surface is very easy to clean and it being fingerprint that's a plus.

Very nice clean look, love flat front and sturdy handles; fit snugly into my 37" wide space. Even though the freezer and refrig cf were a bit less than my Kitchenaide, I feel like I did not lose any space. I like the milk shelf at the higherheight. A few minor issues: small ice fragments spit out around glass being filled. Ice/water push bar is stainless and therefore slick so glasses slide when filling. I do wish it had an oz counter when filling water in containers. I have found some ice in drinks I was storing in the refrig. Other than that, it is working well!

Overall a Good Refrigerator, But a Few Changes Could Make it Perfect

This refrigerator replaced a 15-year-old Electrolux that came with the house. I LOVED that fridge, but it needed a new control board and they don't make them anymore. The repairman recommended a Frigidaire side-by-side, so we ordered this online based dimensions and reviews.The ordering/delivery process was great. Got the fridge quickly and we've had it for almost a week now. My registration and extended warranty never showed up in my user profile, so I guess I'm going to have to make another call to support. Upon delivery, there were a couple of drawers that had imperfections in them. I called the customer service number, after getting nowhere in chat, and we already have the replacements. The doors and handles weren't level when it arrived. I thought we could do an adjustment ourselves, but the same person on the phone had thought she'd set up a service call and gave me a number to call to confirm my service. When I tried to confirm it, it was an old number for them, but I found them on Google. It turned out the service hadn't actually gotten scheduled, but they were great, got me on their schedule for the next day and came and leveled the doors and also fixed a problem with the holder for the air filter on the left interior of the fridge.As to the actual refrigerator and its function, the ice maker so far works great and my husband prefers the size of the cubes over the larger kind many refrigerators make. It seems to be holding temperatures well, and we like the control panel inside the door. So far we're not having any problems with odors. It has a fair amount of space for its size and is not overly noisy. I haven't really tried to move the shelves around, but it looks pretty straightforward if you want to change the configuration.The bad/wish list is a even though it had basically the same dimensions, the old Electrolux had a lot more room inside somehow. The bottom shelf in the door is pretty small, so it doesn't hold much. The actual construction of the bins and drawers seems pretty delicate. Time will tell if they hold up to daily use/wear. The water in the door takes a good while to get cold. It's not designed for water bottles, but I can get mine filled without spilling. The freezer is fine for us, a retired couple, but if I had a family of four I might struggle to find enough space. The branding label on the front of the door is crooked, but we didn't try to take it off and reposition it.

Very Beautiful Refrigerator!

This Refrigerator is quite pretty. It can be a little noisey at times and the ice really shoots out the dispenser so forcefully, you get chips all over the place. The water flow is nice and I love the space inside. Coming from a Samsung family hub is going to take some time to get use the simplicity of this refrigerator, but I think we will get there. We have an older version of this refrigerator in our garage that has been awesome for more than 20 years and within a span of 15 years, we have had trouble with Maytag, LG and Samsung. So we were just like, let's go with one like the one in our garage, a Frigidaire. Hopefully it will serve us as well as the old is still serving us.

Great refrigerator for a very reasonable price

We had to buy this refrigerator sight unseen because our current one died. This appliance is very nice-looking, performs well, and has lots of storage space. The ice maker works like a charm and is not noisy. I especially appreciate the Deli drawer (for our cheeses) and the butter compartment.

Bad online order and delivery process

While I've always liked the Frigidaire products, I'm very disappointed with the on-line order and delivery process. Nobody can provide any information on when the refrigerator will be delivered - I was finally told that it will take 7-10 business days from the day the local delivery company receives the unit. I also tried to change the order so they would haul my old refrigerator away (which is an extra cost I am willing to pay) instead of just moving it to the garage (which I already paid for) and they told me that no changes can be made to the order even after they schedule the delivery.
