Stops working frequently - loose fuse

We have had our oven/microwave wall unit a little less than 2 years and it has stopped working 3 times. Each time it was the fuse at the top of the unit became loose. Easy fix but costs $$ every time. Would love to talk to Frigidaire about better fix but trying to reach customer service is almost impossible.

Overall as the title suggests, there are improvements needed. The END of cooking tones should be louder. I have it set for the loudest and they are very low. The Air-fry basket should not only be a no-charge included item but it should include a drip tray. The dorrs should be set so that when opened, they should actuate the start/menu readout, they dont.

Love my new wall oven micro combo. Combined, they have many space saving features. The oven has an airfryer setting that allowed me to remove my bulky airfryer from the counter. The micro is part of the oven-micro wall unit, freeing up even more counter space. The micro has a convection bake setting which allows me to use a smaller appliance, rather than using the large oven. I love my new appliance, it is functional, nice looking and gave me much needed counter space!!

I'm so in love with our new Frigidaire wall oven and microwave combination. It looks high-end and aesthetically pleasing. No more microwave on the kitchen counter. My kitchen looks more streamlined. The microwave is also a convection oven! The oven can also be a convection oven and air fryer. I can use the microwave and oven at the same time. The controls are easy to navigate. Very easy learning curve to become an expert at using both the microwave and oven. We have replaced every appliance in our kitchen except the refrigerator (it's still functional) with Frigidaire appliances.

It works, but lacks intuitive/helpful UI and falls short on some important features

The oven works, it heats and the microwave works. All this is true. But with some caveats: The UI is extremely poor and needs a redesign - and it's pretty unfortunate that due to this oven not having wifi capabilities etc. it means that if a redesign of UI ever happened current users couldn't benefit. The issues are small but noticeable. When choosing an oven/microwave combo, my last combo had a separate interface for the oven and the microwave - which meant I could set one unit without impacting the other. but here this "sleek" version has it all in one - which ends up being really tricky to use. While the oven or microwave is on, the clock is not visible - and in order for the clock to display you must hit off on the entire unit, which - for instance after you use the microwave - will shut off your oven if you are baking something. When you turn on the oven using quick start, unless you push "OK" a few extra times the oven will not actually turn on. It's a bit challenging to set timers for pretty much anything, because you have to click into and out of the UI for various oven settings, and to get back the setting it's not really as simple as a "back button" but having to start over and re-click into whatever you were trying to choose. Selections such as "proof" can only be identified by finding "slow cook" first and if using proof for fermentation of yogurt or a dough, the pull out shelf shakes very slightly the whole time so your fermentation will not work properly. As far as a standard bake setting, the oven really overbrowns and overcooks things, so setting a tray of cookie batter on a standard stainless steel baking sheet on 350 will easily brown it by 8 minutes in. I would recommend using the convection setting as this provides more even cooking in this oven especially. The heat really does come in strong from the top. I've already had some challenges baking bread in the oven for the same reason - as it overbrowns pretty significantly.

Really nice combo unit. The fully digital touch screen makes navigating the oven and microwave super easy. One huge callout is the Microwave can also be a second convection oven, there is a metal cook shelf in the unit when it arrives and you can see a traditional heating coil unit in there as well. It is something that is clearly called out and in the user guide it takes close focus to understand this. Really great unit that basically had a bonus for us :)

Disappointed in functionality, have required two repairs in 2 months

We are incredibly disappointed in this product. First, the microwave has required two repairs already, even though we have had the unit for less than two months. First, the microwave was noted to make a loud buzzing noise, and identified to have a problem with the magnetron. This was replaced under warranty, fixed for a week before it started making the buzzing sound again. We are now awaiting the second repair on that with a few other components anticipated to be replaced as well, although my faith in the unit is diminishing given this issue. Second, we are incredibly disappointed in the functionality of the oven. My feeling is that too many changes were made to add multiple modes, instead of creating technology to create consistent, even bakes. Whenever we try to roast vegetables, they end up soft and mushy, despite trying multiple modes and temperatures. The most successful is using air fryer, however, this results in a hotspot in the top right of the oven that leads to burn food. Oven does successful baking for bread and cookies, but roast and air fry features are quite useless. We have tried to air fry frozen fries which have ended up soft or burned. Any attempt at roast, convection roast, or air fry for vegetables (cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli) leaves them soft and mushy. Our hands were tied getting this unit because of the space available in our kitchen, but I would never recommend this product.

Purchased this combo for my kitchen renovation. It made it just over a year and stopped working after a brownout. I replaced all 3 power boards and the unit is still nonfunctional. Extremely dissatisfied. We were just over the 1 year warranty and Frigidaire would do nothing for us. Poor performance and faulty parts. Would NOT recommend.

Cooks Great

I've had this for about a week now. Oven works well. Microwave works well. It was easy to install. I like all the cooking presets and features. I used to just smash the +30 second button on microwaves. Once I looked into the settings and different cook options, I very rarely do that anymore. It may take a minute or two longer, but it really makes a difference in reheating leftovers when you use the proper power settings and times. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the lack of real buttons. I don't like the touchscreens everywhere. They just make it more difficult to use.

Just got my Frigidaire - 27" Electric Wall Oven and Microwave Combination and haven't used all its features yet. So far I love it. Bakes very evenly compared to my old oven. The entire process from going over my choices with the Best Buy rep. to installation has been very good!

We bought this oven/microwave combo to replace our aging set. What a difference a modern oven makes! The multi-rack setting eliminates unevenness when cooking with more than one pan; the air fryer setting allows us to divest yet another countertop appliance; and the convection setting in the microwave has allowed us cook at multiple temps. The microwave is plenty deep enough for a half-sheet - meaning it is actually useful. All of the settings and controls have been super easy to use

2 problems in 2 years

Had product since July 23™€™ and had issues with microwave a few months in (which Frigidaire happily did have fixed). But today it appears the whole unit has either died or the control/board is dead. Microwave was used a few times and then display went dark and nothing™€¦power is fine™€¦hoping customer service can assist ASAP

So far I like this appliance. I am excited to try out the new features it has that my old unit did not, such as air fry and convection. I have only used the basic microwave and baking featurs so far. I will say that the microwave is much louder than my old unit was, but I'm getting used to it.
