Got the stove home and in, turned it on after connecting the gas - found out about half of the push pad buttons were not responsive and ended up in a bit of an emergency as I could not shut the oven off! (Eventually found that the "cook time" could be set for one minute and when it ran down I could flip the breaker off to rest. Oh boy. Service person thought was a different issue and when came out to replace panel found that the inner control board (which weirdly is only glued into place) had come loose - and that's why the buttons were randomly working. He knew the no amount of glue would fix this permanently, (having seen this before on this model), he is ordering me a whole new top piece. The baking I have managed to jerry rig has turned out great - looking forward to the oven being safe and working well.

We™™re happy with the excellent service we received, Extremely happy that our appliances were delivered the Next day. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The only issue we had was installing the microwave, which had a ™self aligning bolt, screw™ which did not actually self align. This was frustrating.

Still trying to get used to my new stove. The large burners flame is so big, you have to turn it way down to keep flames from coming around the sides of your pans. Never had a convection oven before and it seems you have to learn to bake all over again. I do love that the oven light comes on when you open the door. You also are able to purchase a grate for the top middle burner in place of the griddle. I love the look of it. Very modern an up to date looking.

Very pleased with the stove. We replaced our 26 year-old range with a Whirlpool model initially. It was delivered with damage. The replacement had worse damage and was declined. While waiting for another replacement, we used the stove and were very dissatisfied. We ended up returning it and choosing this Frigidaire model. While it cost $100 more, we are very pleased with our decision. Still getting used to the controls and features relative to our 26 year-old range.

Overall very pleased with two exceptions. First, the clock is not accurate. It looses approximately a minute and a half per day. Second is the oven fan. That low hum is very annoying and it stays on well after the oven is turned off. We end up running the exhaust fan on the microwave to drown out the noise.

We love the range. We were a bit surprised, however, that the broiler element was electric. The broiler does work well. The only negative was the ™free™™ install. It ended up not free since as soon as the installer saw it came up through the floor from the basement. He didn™™t feel comfortable doing the install or disconnecting the old range, so he also didn™™t do the haul away. We ended up having to hire our own installer, which wasn™™t cheap. Would definitely but the stove if we had to do it again, but wouldn™™t buy it or any other appliance direct again.
