This refrigerator meets all our expectations. The only disappointment is the ice maker kit that arrived with it was not correct, so could not be installed at delivery. Still awaiting the correct kit.

Same thing here. Refrigerator is only 1-1/2 years old so the warranty is expired. Went out last night and everything thawed out. Second time this has done that. Repair will probably be more than it is worth so I'll probably just buy a new fridge and forget it. IT WILL NOT BE A FRIGIDAIRE!

This fridge is deeper than my last one so I feel like it holds a ton. The shelves are adjustable for height which is nice. I almost feel like there are too many shelves. The deli drawer is great size. It™™s just awkward and trying to get used to it.

Have had for 3 weeks. So far good. Used a refrigerator thermometer to help get settings right, but once set all is good. Like the big deli drawer and the crisper drawers on tracks vs just sitting on bottom. Overall pleased.

This model was purchased specifically because it is 'garage ready'. The first cold weather we had, several cans of seltzer water exploded and froze all over the interior of the frig. The trouble shooting guide said to turn the refrigerator and freezer temperature to max cold. When this was done, 3 additional cans froze and exploded with such force it blew the door open. I contacted customer service, and they said the garage needs to be no colder than 45-50F and the solution is to put a heater in the garage next to the appliance. This information is not advertised, was told it is in the owners manual. If you have to put a heater next to the appliance in the garage to have it run properly, you might as well shop around for something less expensive. False advertising or at least not enough information readily available when buying the appliance. Extremely disappointed...

I am beyond frustrated with this company. My refrigerator was scheduled to be delivered on 8 December, and after 10 days of waiting, I still have nothing. To make things worse, they have now pushed the delivery to 15 December ™" that™™s 16 days waiting for a fridge that should have arrived a week ago.Two days ago, I was told the driver was ™on the way,™ but they never showed up and never contacted me. Customer service is impossible to reach; they rarely answer, and when they finally call back, all they say is ™unfortunately™ over and over again with no real solution. No explanation, no urgency, nothing.What makes this even more unacceptable is that they offered zero compensation ™" not even an apology that felt genuine. Just ™wait another five days™ for something that should have been delivered long ago.I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. The service is unreliable, communication is terrible, and they clearly do not value their customers™™ time or trust.

Purchased this refrigerator one year ago and it suddenly stopped working. Replaced a long lasting GE refrigerator for this stainless steel Frigidaire in our basement bar. Refrigerator still looks and smells brand new. Would recommend avoiding this refrigerator which may fail right after the end of their one year warranty or sooner as ours did.

Glad I made the switch in less than 18 months my LG Refrigerator failed in doing my research I learned this is typical and many customer had the same experience - since it cost just as much to repair as it did to buy a new one. Similar model and size and now I have more options- more capacity, quieter model, freezer and refrigerator are very cold / cooling on even the lower setting, more shelf, door, and freezer space. It is on rollers so it™™s easy to move around and fits in perfectly with my other appliances. Easy to clean, great lighting - I love it!!!

I™™m really impressed with this refrigerator so far. The stainless steel finish looks beautiful and gives the kitchen a clean, modern feel. The inside capacity is excellent, and the gallon-sized door bins are a game-changer. I can fit full gallons of milk, half-gallons of juice, and other large containers right on the door, which frees up a ton of space inside the main shelves.The unit feels sturdy and well-built with no cheap or flimsy parts. There really isn™™t much to complain about in terms of quality. Based on how solid it feels, I™™m confident this refrigerator will last me easily the next 10 to 15 years. So far, it™™s been a great addition to the home.
