Love this refrigerator, have had it 3 mos and zero regrets or anything I™™d change. It is so bright inside that it makes it easy to see things anywhere, even when they get pushed into the back. The crisper drawers were tall enough to allow bins to separate items and keep it organized. The freezer holds a ton!!

Just purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator. We love the space it provides, and the tempered glass shelves. We got the stainless steel model, and it looks so modern. All the food fits really well inside. So easy to adjust the shelves to various heights.

The ice maker was not included and the one that is an add on is huge and takes up some much space the one and only shelf cannot be adjusted. There is no butter keeper on the door of the refrigerator. Lastly, to add one shelf to the refrigerator is costing me more than $100.00+ shipping.

Super easy to set multiple compartment temperatures . The shelves are easy to adjust and easy cleaning on all surfaces . For a midsize fridge without an ice maker it is a very modern appliance . The price point for what I received was very fair

The refrigerator seems to work well, but it's too early to really know how it will hold up in the long run. Our previous Kenmore (made by Whirlpool) was over twenty years old.This fridgedaire looks nice. It offers the biggest capacity of any of the models I studied that fit the refrigerator nook in our kitchen.

Love the sliding deli compartment. Lots of shelving options. The door shelves are set but have openings for tall bottles. I would have liked a light on fridge and auto door close. Cold freezer and fridge even at low settings.

i love it - it is a 3rd fridge for my home . issue i had is that it did not open the direction i needed & where i purchased it from was a miserable experience to deal with to get it corrected. i have a frigidaire in my garage that is about 20+ yrs old & that is why i went with this one. I did not need or want ice maker or any extra things- just basic fridge ... actually it is for my greyhounds... i cook all their meals & 2 fridges int he house was not enough. so when u purchase- make sure to indicate how the door should open or it is a hassle to get it corrected. the place i purchased it from is the store that gave me so many issues that they blocked me from contacting customer service anymore . they wanted to change extra after they changed a delivery fee & set up fee & then was tiold the delivery person could not change the doors ... so a very good friend was able to do it ...NOW THINGS R PERFECT ..

This is a really nice low-frills refrigerator option! We were in a rush to get a new refrigerator after our old one quickly bit the dust. We saw this fridge listed on Wirecutter as one of the best top-freezer fridges of 2024, and it fit our specifications nicely. It was incredibly easy to set up, it reached fridge/freezer temps very quickly, has a good amount of space, and looks great in our kitchen! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a medium sized high quality fridge without a lot of extra frills. My only complaint is I wish there was the option for an extra shelf in the freezer. There are three options for where to place the freezer shelf, but only one shelf to place. I would love having a second shelf for extra organization.

I purchased this product in July, and by October, it had completely stopped working™"over a holiday weekend, no less. As a result, I lost hundreds of dollars' worth of food and medication, with no reimbursement from the company. My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. The representatives have been unhelpful, and in some cases, outright rude. Despite multiple calls, I have received little to no assistance, often having to instruct them on how to handle the situation.It has been six days since the fridge broke, and a technician has yet to visit my home to assess the issue. Even after the technician does come, the service center informed me that it will likely be at least another two weeks before the problem is resolved. Adding to my frustration, every time I attempt to post a review, it is either deleted or met with a generic response asking me to contact customer service, which has proven to be ineffective.Considering the financial loss, especially with the ruined medication, I am contemplating legal action against the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing any products from this company.

Fridge received on May 17; died on Sept.30. Costco Concierge Service forwarded me to Frigidaire. Frigidaire Warranty forwarded me to Trans Global. On Oct.4, I scheduled appointment for Oct. 5, confirmed with Trans Global. Actual warranty operator is Y2K Appliances in Calgary. They just didn't show up, and Trans Global and Y2K were finger-pointing at each other in response to my frustration. My wife had to take the second day off on Oct.7. After several calls on Oct. 7, Y2K told to expect their technician between 12PM to 2PM. No one came. Technician finally showed up at the very end of the day after multiple 'alarm' calls to Y2K and Trans Global. It took them 5 min to diagnose that a compressor was dead. Y2K doesn't have it in stock. They told us they would order and call once received. I followed up on Oct. 16. Y2K doesn't know when the parts will come. No tracking info available. No one knows anything. 2.5 weeks we've been with dead Frigidaire product. Warranty process either doesn't exist or completely broken.

I will never buy another Samsung but I have been very pleased with my Frigidaire. I only wish I would have bought a Frigidaire for my main refrigerator,

I have already had the ice maker replaced, a month ago. It took two weeks to produce one full tray of cubes. PC RICHARDS replaced the ice maker, but not the solenoid for water. The ice maker is useless.

A really great upgrade for me from the older model. Love the extra shelf space. It feels like we can fit a lot more in the fridge and never run out of space. The lighting is also bright and really great compared to the older model. Great temperature as well I feel like it stays cooler than the older model.
