The appliance appears nice, HOWEVER, since installed the freezer has been popping open and I need to tape it closed. Maybe I got a LEMON? Model FFHT2022AB. Already contacted Frigidaire twice and their Appliance repair company came out as well .. it's been weeks and the issue is not resolved on this BRAND NEW appliance.

I have been looking for a couple months hoping to find a refrigerator that checked all my boxes. Energy Star, Simple Top Freezer, humidity control vegetable/ fruit drawers, glass shelves, and $700 or less. THANK YOU! Thank you for the sale price, this made buying the extended warranty affordable, the refrigerator is running well and at temperature, bonus not noisy.

Our ancient hand-me-down garage fridge finally bit the dust, conveniently during Frigidaire's Labor Day sale. We wanted a roomy, relatively inexpensive fridge, without an icemaker or water dispenser, one that would simply keep our extra groceries cold until needed. We replaced it with this very nice 20 cu. ft. top freezer model, which fits our needs perfectly. I like the black color, too.

Works as it should. Plugged it in and you can feel the cooler air in just a couple minutes. Ice maker makes the smaller ice cubes, which work great for bottles. Doesn't have a drawer but it'll be fine.

This refrigerator isn't much bigger than the old I replaced, but the layout gives so much more room. I like that the shelves on the door are enclosed on the bottom so smaller items aren't constantly slipping out when I open and close the door. The freezer has plenty of room as well. The motor runs quietly and even the doors close softly. It's a really good refrigerator/freezer combo.

I have enough freezer and refrigerator space without wasted space. It is actually roomier than my 22-year-old GE 20 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator was. I have had the new one about 3 weeks and so far, it is working well, and I hope it continues to do so. I did purchase the 5-year protection plan when I purchased the new Frigidaire Top Freezer Refrigerator.

The jury is still out. They definetly don't make refrigerators like they used to. The plastic inside is flimsy and will break easily if you aren't careful. The refrigerator was delivered a week later than promised, and came with a dent, and no screws for the handle. I would hope for something better for a USA made product. I will be surprised if this last years, and decades like my old one. Like everything else we live in a disposable world.

We really like our new Frigidaire! We just received it and the process couldn't have been easier. I must admit I was surprised that I could order the fridge directly from the manufacturer. It was delivered within a week and the hauled away our old unit. The fridge has been working perfectly and looking forward to having it for years to come!

I bought this model from Lowe's in Wilmington, NC; it was delivered on April 22, 2024, After it was unloaded and set up in the garage, the delivery guys pointed out that the unit was missing its two door handles (these are supposed to inside the fridge and they put them on as the last thing they do). They called their supervisor, who assured me the handles would be shipped to me. Three weeks later I went back to Lowes as the handles never arrived. The Lowes folks said there is nothing they can do and i need to call Frigidaire. I have called the Frigidaire customer service number they provided, as well as another number i found on Frigidaire's website, repeatedly over the past couple months and have yet to get through to an actual human being. I went on-line tonight to try to buy handles direct from Frigidaire but their website has no spare parts showing as being available for this model. Hoping someone from Frigidaire and/or Lowes reads this and is willing to help.Just to clarify the rating; the product is not necessarily poor; however, the quality control assuring key fridge parts are not missing and customer service are.

An excellent appliance and I am generally very happy with and would buy it again. 2 small issues, however: 1) the door™™s seal is excellent but part of its design prevents it from always closing on its own. And this is not an issue of its angle or tilt; 2) the height adjustment mechanism was apparently designed without an actual testing. In short, the full range of the adjustment is eclipsed by the minimum height provided by the front-most rollers, rendering them superfluous.

We™™ve had our Frigidaire for a week now in our kitchen and are very happy with it. Some reviews referred to doors sticking and excessive noise but we haven™™t had any of that. We love how spacious it is, our old fridge was 10 cubic feet and this one is 20. It keeps nice and cold, and we like the glass shelves and handsome black exterior. Very happy with it so far!

I like the look of this fridge (in black) but it doesn™™t have a deli drawer, it gets fingerprints easily, no freezer light and the freezer door opens when the fridge door opens. But it keeps the food cold.

My rating is more for the lack of quality control than the appliance. there were missing plastic covers and a missing caster on one of the crisper drawers. Two of the remaining casters would not stay in place. found out later that they were broken. Customer service was great, they sent out the replacement parts promptly. Too bad it was even necessary.

The refrigerator was delivered and set up. It looks so much better than the big bulky refrigerator it replaced. I like the black color as it doesn't seem to swallow up my kitchen like the bulky stainless steel...and I think it looks better.
