We've had this freezer for a couple of weeks now and it is working like a charm. It's very quiet. And there is lots of room inside given it's outside dimensions. I love the temperature alarm feature even though I hope it will be a long time before goes off! The stainless steel finish is very nice. We are very happy with the purchase.

I was looking at several stores and sites to add a stand-up freezer to our pantry to replace a chest freezer we had. After lots of searching I landed on the 13 cu ft one from Frigidaire and they they had the best price directly on their site and also offered a delivery service that hailed away all the wrapping materials and made sure it worked. The ordering and scheduling delivery was super easy, the delivery guys were punctual, nice and professional. And so far everything has been great with the product. Exactly what I was looking for to see what we actually have in the freezer. Highly recommend.

I really love the freezer. It is the perfect smaller size if you just need more freezer space without having a large appliance in your home. It self defrosts and has great alert features and is also energy efficient. I recommend it fully. Frigidaire has made this a great product.

I finally decided it was time to get a small freezer to be able to store items that I could buy in bulk. At 1st I looked at smaller freezer but decided on one a little larger because it came in stainless steel. It is perfect and looks good in my garage next to other cabinets I have. It was plugged in and good to go. No special requirements needed. I have not noticed any kind of impact on my electric bill having a new appliance in the house. I am very pleased having it and am doing my best to fill it.

I purchased this model to replace a small freezer that was not large enough and had to be defrosted every once in a while. This 13CF model is frost-free and I like the shelving configurations. I started serious gardening in retirement and found that besides tomatoes and salsas I really don't like canned produce and freezing is an excellent option for food preservation and safer too. This model is the perfect size for me.

The freezer shelves and support of seems a little weak. I would be afraid to put a heavy pot on them. There is also a bright green light that shines from the bottom when freezer is on. An even light would be ok but this light shines a beam like a flashlight. Weird.

I love my new freezer. It™™s the same cubic feet as my old one that stopped working it was 10 years old) but it™™s taller so it appears to give more space. My only complaint is the lighting. The light at the top doesn™™t really give good brightness on the lower shelves.

This very quiet, a bit smaller and much lighter so easy to move. It's only been installed about a month, so reliability is not yet known, but it was a good purchase for us. The old freezer was a name brand, but this one is frost free and that will be a big plus.

I bought this freezer based on a previous experience with a Frigidaire Refrigerator and am happy to have made this choice. Cooled to the desired temperature in less than a half day and has maintained it flawlessly since filling it up with my frozen goods. Plenty of shelves and door storage make it easy to organize. I've already had to deal with a power outage, it was only for a few hours, but the temperature never dipped during the outage. Would recommend this freezer.

We've had our freezer for about a month now, and have absolutely zero complaints so far. We did a lot of research before ultimately deciding to purchase this one, and are very glad with our decision. The shelves are accessible and the added storage in the door is a great utilization of space. The door is not heavy to open at all, which is great as I am limited in my mobility due to spine issues.
